  Results-Based Fee

• We work solely on a contingency basis.  Our commission is a percentage if any tax recoveries received that were initiated by our firm.  This amount pertains only to the recovery of taxes paid prior to the review.
   
• Our payment is not due until you have received your refund. In the event that there are no recoveries, you will not be invoiced for services rendered.
